Lideranças Femininas nas FinTechs no Brasil

Resumo

Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar os efeitos da presença feminina na gestão de empresas do setor financeiro e, em particular, nas FinTechs, no Brasil. O estudo parte da definição de FinTechs como startups financeiras inovadoras que ganharam relevância após a crise de 2010. O foco está em como a ruptura dos modelos tradicionais proporcionada por essas empresas reflete na presen  ça de mulheres em posições de liderança. A pesquisa argumenta que a liderança feminina nas FinTechs brasileiras está associada a uma gestão mais segura, com impacto positivo no desempenho das empresas. Metodologicamente, foi realizada uma análise mista utilizando a plataforma Web of Science, explorando trabalhos sobre liderança feminina e FinTechs em âmbito global e nacional. Conclui-se que, apesar de desafios como o "teto de vidro" e preconceitos de gênero, as líderes femininas nas FinTechs contribuem para uma gestão mais colaborativa e inclusiva, favorecendo a inovação e a sustentabilidade das empresas.
